Hello!

An update to the LicenseBoard to allow sparams and xparams to leveled up using licenses. Not all of these parameters will be used, but some (like evade, and crit) are kind of cool.

Included in the update is a new map tile set and license board maker tool to include these extra types. Also included is a new small and large icon set with some placeholder icons. Edit as you wish to fit the style of your game, but make sure to keep the same dimensions and icon placements.
